The retreat is suitable for anyone who wants to get to know yoga or deepen their yoga practice. There will be four Hatha yoga sessions with breathing exercises and meditation, yoga nidra and a short hike together in nature. In between, there will be time to relax, enjoy a wellness session and indulge in culinary delights.
