Peter Pichler, 3 toque-awarded chef and JRE, and his kitchen team create exceptionally creative dishes in the inn as well as in the gourmet restaurant Gaumenkitzel.

Goose days

At the beginning of November we spoil you with dishes based around the St. Martin's goose.

We obtain our geese from the Grundtner family from Kirchschlag in der Buckligen Welt.

On 31.12. Peter Pichler and his kitchen team will spoil you with a 5-course gala menu in the Molzbachhof restaurant. The sausage party with subsequent fireworks will take place in the Paradiesgart'l from 11 pm.
