reset & recharge
November 6–8, 2026
Yoga weekends with Helga Holczik have been taking place at Molzbachhof for almost 20 years, usually twice a year, and are extremely popular.
The Molzbachhof motto "find more than seek" also applies to this seminar. The focus is on well-being and joie de vivre.
Various types of yoga, short meditations and deep relaxation are practiced.
Suitable for beginners, more or less experienced practitioners as well as younger and older people.

This weekend invites you to leave everyday life behind and reconnect with yourself. In a loving, feel-good atmosphere, you can discover the feminine wisdom of Ayurveda and immerse yourself in a space of relaxation and mindfulness.
Gentle yoga exercises, Ayurvedic inspiration, and moments of silence.
This retreat is an invitation to remember your inner wisdom, vitality, and balance.

"In the depths of being there is a pulse of complete harmony"
How often do we feel driven in life and can't hear the tender voice of our heart, which always wants to show us the right way, because of all the noise on the outside?
During these days we open up spaces for stillness, arrival, heart opening and simply BEING - in connection with our body, with our feelings, with our heart.
Your retreat for self-care & heart opening with Eva Friedbacher.
Feel welcome from the bottom of our hearts!
ANTARA = Inner, the inner self, subtle level
After these four days, you won't feel like a new person. This "retreat" is not a retreat from everyday life, it is a learning and enjoying of tools FOR your everyday life. You will consciously connect with your inner space and learn how to use everyday tools to connect and communicate with your body at any time.
My spiritual journey has taken me to over 40 countries, to a multitude of training courses and teachers, and ultimately to myself, to my home.
It is an honor for me to be able to accompany so many people in this life! Carmen Jedinger

Get out of the city, escape the daily grind—and all just a stone's throw from Vienna. Turn on airplane mode!
It’s time for a digital detox this long weekend. Get back in touch with yourself. Ask yourself, “How am I really doing?” and find the answers. Go offline instead of being constantly available. Be present instead of letting yourself get distracted.
Come with us on a wonderful journey. Denisa Becker
