Moonwood
The wooden hotel is built entirely from moon wood. Moon wood or moon phase wood is wood from trees that have been felled in accordance with the forestry calendar - shortly before the new moon. The wood is said to have special qualities such as stability, durability and weather resistance. The special atmosphere in the Forstclass promises pure comfort and relaxation!

The wooden hotel was built as if the house had grown here. The choice fell on wood as the specific material for the extension, on the patented Holz100 construction method by engineer Erwin Thoma - without glues or questionable coatings. The Naturhotel Molzbachhof was extended naturally and organically, using only mechanical joints of solid moon wood. The name of the extension was thus practically predetermined: "Holzbach".

Sleeping in wood is a very special experience. Even before you open your eyes, the pleasant smell of wood fills your nose - wonderful! The light-colored wood envelops you like a second skin and you feel right at home, only better. A day at the Naturhotel Molzbachhof can only be a good one!

The "Holzbach" extension, built in 2017 in an absolutely peaceful location, is made entirely of wood and was built entirely without iron nails, paint or glue. The dream doesn't end when you open your eyes in the morning. The hotel was built from 100% moon wood, which lowers the pulse rate and relieves the heart. Moon wood is wood from trees that are felled shortly before the new moon in accordance with the forestry calendar.
