On the roof of our Gart'l Spa, aromatic culinary herbs grow in lovingly tended raised beds and are harvested fresh every day. These natural treasures flow directly into our fine creations and give every dish a special touch.
With our "Cook the Gart'l" kitchen line, we focus on regionality, freshness and authentic taste - inspired by our own garden. The result is enjoyment that not only tastes good, but is also good for you.
Shall we take a few steps?
It's best to take off your shoes right away and take a few steps barefoot. The fresh grass between your toes is simply wonderful - this is what a vacation feels like. The chirping of the birds and the rippling of the water in the natural bathing pond brings out a pleasant feeling in you and your body begins to relax completely. Lie down in the meadow and enjoy the sun's rays on your face with a view of the beautiful wooden hotel.
After a short nap, you meet Peter Pichler in the garden, who is picking herbs from the herb spiral for the kitchen. Your stomach starts to growl at the thought of the delicious dishes. You are already looking forward to dinner in the inn under the motto"Cook the Gart'l" with lots of produce from the Paradiesgart'l. Simply delicious! After a few relaxing hours in the beautiful paradise garden, you decide to put your shoes back on. Still feeling the grass between your toes, you make your way back to the hotel. I wonder if Peter will tell you what's on the menu tonight?

Did you know? The garden was awarded the "Golden Hedgehog" as a show garden of the "Lower Austrian Gardens". The "Nature in the Garden" campaign has been campaigning for many years to ensure that the gardens and green spaces in Lower Austria are cared for in the interests of the environment. To receive the "Golden Hedgehog", the following criteria must be met 100% during the year:
