Before your arrival
We have compiled the answers to the most important questions that guests like to ask us before their first visit to the Molzbachhof for you here. If you have any further questions, we would like to invite you to call us. Or, if it is more convenient for you, simply send us an email. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Check in & Check out
Our rooms are ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm. On the day of arrival you can use the wellness area from 12 noon.
We ask you to vacate the room by 11 am on the day of departure. From a stay of 2 nights, you can use the wellness area free of charge until 4 pm on the day of departure. Lockers in the sauna area and changing rooms in the pool area are available free of charge.
For a one-night stay, the wellness area is included until 11 am on the day of departure. For an extra charge of € 20,- per person, use until 4 pm, as well as salad and soup is included.
We would like to point out that we have a minimum stay of three days (2 nights) on weekends in summer and fall and four days (3 nights) on holiday weekends.Â
Pets
We still do not charge daily rates for your four-legged friends.
Final cleaning fee:

Pets are not permitted in the wellness area, in the Paradiesgart'l or in various rooms.
Guest transfer
To Gloggnitz train station, from there we will pick you up with our free guest shuttle (from 2 nights).Â
Our journey times are subject to availability: 11 am and 3 pm for pick-ups, and 10.30 am and 2.30 pm for return journeys
Take advantage of convenient door-to-door travel. We will be happy to pick you up directly from your apartment in Vienna and the surrounding area, subject to availability. Price on request.
A frank word
In order to avoid misunderstandings, we would like to state explicitly at this point:
An offer is a package of various services at a reduced price. Services included in the package cannot therefore be exchanged for other services at the normal price, but only at a reduced price. There are no refunds for non-use or early departure. Furthermore, it is not possible to exchange a cosmetic treatment for a treatment from the package deal.
If feasible, we are happy to make changes to package offers and ask for your understanding for any additional costs, which we will inform you of in advance.
There are no treatments on Sundays. We reserve the right to charge the full amount in the event of last-minute cancelations (up to 18 hours in advance) or "non-consumption" of the treatment.
We are constantly striving to offer our guests enjoyment and relaxation at the highest level!
In the course of this year, a new wellness area will therefore be created for you next to our Paradiesgart'l.
The existing amenities of the hotel will of course continue to be available without restriction.
Cancellation conditions
The cancellation conditions of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.
With us you can cancel free of charge up to 3 weeks before arrival,
from 3 weeks to 2 days before arrival we charge 70% of the package price,
from 1 day before arrival we charge 90% of the package price.
Carefree vacations - travel insurance
To ensure that you do not suffer any financial disadvantages in the event of cancellation or early departure
, but also for more security during your vacation in Austria, we recommend taking out
Hotelstorno Plus (incl. helicopter rescue) or Premium (incl. helicopter rescue and
accident package) with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.
You will receive information on taking out insurance directly when you book.
